The Minerva Matriculation School, Kosapet, Chennai is a co-educational English medium school. It is run by the "Minerva Educational Trust", emerged in a spirit Punctuality, Popularity, Prosperity and Dedicated service in the cause of education. G. Paneer Chelvam M A Founder and Correspondent, started this school with the name "MINERVA Convent" with just seven students in the year 1987.

There is nothing in a caterpillar that tells us it's going to be a butterfly. Just like that it is education which is the most powerful weapon that can change the world. Education is a progressive discovery of our own ignorance. Its roots are bitter but the fruits are sweet. It turns mirrors into windows. The best students come from homes where education is revered: where there are books and children see their parents reading them. If one wants to be the best, one has to do things that other people aren't willing to do. I am proud of my teaching faculty who carve beautiful personalities from shapeless marble blocks.
